Behavioral Consultation

If you are not interested in therapy and want an evidence-based approach to improving your performance,  you might benefit from consultation or coaching. My approach draws on the principles of Behavior Analysis and Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC) to assist you in achieving goals related to stress management, interpersonal effectiveness, creativity, leadership, communication skills, emotional intelligence, performance improvement, self-management, self-monitoring, and finding purpose or confidence in daily life. 

 

I work from an objective data-driven model to help you achieve your goals. Together we will collect data to assess the effectiveness of our consultation or coaching work to shift any objectives to deliver on your performance goals flexibly.
