When you aren’t fully where you want to be in your life despite all of your striving, it makes sense to feel stressed and doubt yourself.

While you are longing for deeper connections, personal fulfillment, a sense of belonging, and the freedom to be your true self, you find yourself:

  • Worried about what others think, constantly searching for reassurance, leaving you feeling on edge and drained. “Did I say or do the wrong thing? What will they think of me now?”

  • Spinning in Indecision and second-guessing yourself "Am I doing this right? Is this good enough?"

  • Feeling trapped in a cycle of overthinking and procrastination, wondering “Why can’t I just let things go? Why am I so stuck?”

  • Striving for perfection, hypervigilant, and waiting for something to go wrong. “What if I missed something? Will that one mistake ruin everything?”

You’re not alone if you feel like you are struggling to keep it all together.

These ways of coping are deeply human and often adaptive. You developed them as ways to protect yourself in difficult moments.

But it’s important that you know these coping strategies are not defining features of who you are- they’re simply understandable parts of your journey.

There is a way forward where you can open the door to new, more empowering ways of responding to life’s challenges that align with a greater sense of peace and self-empowerment.

Compassionate Exploration

As an immigrant woman of color, I understand firsthand how our many identities add unique layers to struggles like self-doubt, overthinking, and stress.

And, through my over two decades of experience as a coach and psychologist, I know that when we approach our unique identities with compassion and honesty, we lay the foundation for true transformation.

I believe that each of us already holds the insights and wisdom we need within, but we may need to untangle them from the challenges of our unique personal histories and complex life stories.

Whether that’s complex family life, experiences of trauma, struggles with oppression, or deep, rooted patterns shaped by intergenerational influences and cultural traditions- we will create a safe space for you to meet all parts of yourself with compassion and curiosity.

Our goal is to spend more time being who you really are and less time wearing the mask of who you think you should be.

Here are the Core Areas we Work on Together:

Cultivating Self Trust

The foundation of self-trust is built by first uncovering what feels most aligned with what really matters to you, allowing your goals to reflect who you truly are, rather than who you think you "should" be. Through our work, you will develop the confidence to trust your inner voice, even when doubts arise.

Slowing down the overthinking

You will shift from perfectionism, procrastination, and people-pleasing to focusing on what aligns with your values. Together, we help you free yourself from constant second-guessing by staying present in the process rather than obsessing over outcomes.

Reducing stress and anxiety

You will build resilience to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, flow, and balance. We shift the focus from "always doing" to creating a sustainable rhythm between rest and productivity that honors your needs. Together, we will also work on learning to listen to your body’s signals, managing stress and emotions with greater awareness and ease, while also establishing boundaries that protect your time and energy and foster meaningful connections.

Making confident decisions

You will respond to indecision with purposeful action that aligns with your authentic self, embracing progress over perfection and viewing growth as a continuous journey. Together, we will quiet external noise and empower you to make choices that feel right for you -rooted in clarity and self-trust.

Building Healthy Relationships

You will shift from worrying about what others think and seeking constant reassurance to cultivating meaningful, trusting connections that align with your values. Together, we will work on letting go of harsh self-expectations and guilt, embracing vulnerability, and setting boundaries that honor your needs. By focusing on your well-being and learning to trust yourself, you will foster relationships that feel authentic, supportive, and fulfilling—free from the fear of rejection, neglect or abandonment.

How it Works

Every week, you will bring the challenges that feel most alive, real and overwhelming to you (the anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking) to our coaching calls, and we will work together to help you develop a different relationship with them, so they are no longer things to run away from, or obstacles you need to design your life around.

In the private and safe container of our coaching work, I will guide you to try new ways of coping and thriving, so you can practice the same skills out in the world.

We will practice together on our weekly calls and between calls (via text or voice message), looking for the moments to integrate these new skills and tools into your daily life.

I will also encourage you to regularly reflect on your progress week by week, by taking intentional time to notice: what was challenging, what worked, and what are you learning about yourself.
